Pradeep Kumar Mohapatra

Pradeep is the founder of ProPeople and is currently the CEO and Principal Consultant. He specialises in Recruitment functions, specially in Leader Search, Training and Career Counselling.

An ardent believer of "One Life, One Chance", Pradeep essentially a people person, was driven to entrepreneurship because of his love for young people and interest in making a difference to their career. It is due to his single minded devotion and unique ability to motivate people that ProPeople has grown multiple folds, from its humble beginning in a basement to presence in other cities. As a Principal Consultant, Pradeep manages a few very prestigious clients and personally looks into top management recruitments. As a CEO, he formulates strategies and drives the implementation with a committed team that he has nurtured and built over the years.

Ranjit Kumar Patnaik

Ranjit is ProPeople’s General Manager, responsible for business development, operations, expansion programs, strategising and implementation of new initiatives. Being extremely customer centric and belonging to the service industry, Ranjit strives to deliver services on time, each time. Ranjit also handle senior level recruitments, and key accounts across the country. Ranjit has a total experience of 24 years in the services industry out of which 20 years is in Education and Training in various capacities, primarily to skill up job aspirants in IT and Soft Skills.

Mita Bannerjee

Mita is Consulting Head of ProPeople’s Kolkata branch. She is a well known recruiter in Kolkata and manages some of Propeople’s key accounts. Her primary responsibility include business development, client relationship and service deliverables of Kolkata branch. She also handles Public Relations and Corporate Communication of the Kolkata branch. She specialises in generating and maintaining accounts in the Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Durable and the Service/hospitality sectors. Mita has a total experience of 18 years in HR and Business Development.

Amaresh Pattnaik

Amaresh is Consulting Head of Bhubaneswar branch responsible for business development and service delivery of ProPeople’s Bhubaneswar branch. Apart from Orissa, he also develops and services clients in adjoining states like Jharkhand, Bihar and Chattisgarh. He specialises in Middle and Senior level positions in various verticals like Telecom, BFSI, FMCG & Consumer Durables etc. Amaresh has a total experience of 8 years in Recruitment function.

Sujaya Shetty Tripathy

Sujaya took up recruitment practices after a rich decade long experience as a Key Account Manager for a leading advertisement agency – Urja Communication. Being a post graduate in Mass Communication, she harnessed her own creative talent to handle the requirements of some of the leading corporate houses like Oberoi Hotels, Wipro, Mahindra Bristish Telecom, ICICI Bank, Hughes, Godrej, Citi Bank etc. She worked for ProPeople’s Mumbai branch before shifting base to Seattle in USA. She specialises in Service Delivery, Marketing Strategy and Corporate Communication. At Seattle, Sujaya works to develop overseas clients and strategic alliances.

Sandeep Dash

Sandeep Dash is the Team Lead for IT recruitments. Sandeep is a Post Graduate in Computer Applications and holds a Diploma in Web Technologies. Sandeep has a total experience of 9 years in IT recruitments & staffing. He specializes in sourcing hi-end/niche profiles which include SAP, Oracle Apps, IBM Mainframes/AS-400, BI Tools and the like for reputed IT companies like IBM, Wipro, Satyam, Mastek, Cap Gemini, HCL, Sapient etc.
